Like most other Facebook users, I have a public page where I share updates from my blog and a personal profile which is semi-private and I primarily use it for connecting with my offline friends and family members.

Most of the stuff that I share on my personal Facebook profile – like pictures of kids, songs I am listening to, cooking recipes, etc. – would be extremely boring to the external world and, fortunately, they don’t get to see any of that.

Let People Subscribe to your Facebook Profile

Facebook has an option to profile pages that would let people “subscribe” to your profile just like the way people follow you on Twitter. Whenever you post an update on Facebook with the privacy set as “public,” it will appear in the news stream of your subscribers or followers.
To put this in more simple terms, Subscribe or Follow is to Facebook profiles what Like is to Facebook pages. The only difference is that you get each and update when your “like” a Facebook page whereas you only get public updates when you “subscribe” to a Facebook profile.

Add the Follow button to your Facebook Profile

If you would like to add the Follow button to your own Facebook profile, choose Settings and click on the Followers option the left sidebar. Now choose “Everyone” under the “Who can follow me” setting (you can only do this from your Facebook on your desktop, not the mobile app).
Before you do that, it may be a good idea to double-check that only stuff that you really want to share with non-friends is public.
To confirm, go your Facebook profile page, hit the “View As” button and then click the “public” link to see what updates in your profile are public. You can have unlimited number of subscribers followers to your profile but you can subscribe to a maximum of 5,000 profiles.
In the same Followers tab, you can also choose who can comment on your public Facebook posts. I choose “friends of friends” to keep the volume low.

Step 1:First of all, Goto the Chrome Web Store, Download and Install Facebook Themes Extension.

Step 2: Install the Facebook Theme Extension by clicking on Free or Add to Chrome Button on Top Right hand Side of the Web page. (Feel free to Check the Reviews about this extension before installing.) Step 3: It will take just a second to download the Extension, Now Click on Customize and Control Google Chrome Button > Tools > Extensions OR Alternatively you can just Type : chrome://extensions/ in your address bar to show up all installed extensions
Step 4: Now if you have Many Extensions Installed, Look for Facebook Themes Extension and Click on “Option” . Refer to The below picture to get more clear idea about what i am trying to explain here.

Step 5: After Click on “Options”  Click on “Explore” Tab to Show up all the available facebook Themes to Choose from.
Step 6: Choose any theme of you choice by Clicking on “Install” , The facebook theme is now installed, Click on Installed tab to verify.

By default, the anchor text used to link Fanpage or Friend’s profile URL, are their Name but you can customize it for status updates by using this these simple steps :

Step 1: Get Numeric ID of Facebook Profile/Fanpage by visitinghttp://graph.facebook.com/username. Replace ‘username’ by your, your friend’s or your brand’s Fanpage. That URL’s Numeric ID will appear.

Step 2: Now, you can modify Anchor as per this code:
